1. Single Purpose

WaFlow helps users manage WhatsApp workflow operations, including template management, audience management, and controlled broadcast execution inside WhatsApp Web.

2. Data We Process

Depending on features used, WaFlow may process:

• Account and identity data (for authentication and session linking)
• Contact and audience data (names, phone numbers, WhatsApp IDs)
• Template and message content provided by users
• Extension settings, operational logs, and sync metadata

3. How We Use Data

• To provide core extension features requested by the user
• To save workspace state and user preferences
• To sync user data with WaFlow backend services
• To support diagnostics and product reliability

We do not use user data for unrelated purposes.

4. Chrome Permissions

• storage: used to store extension state and settings
• tabs: used to interact with user-initiated WhatsApp tab workflows
• Host access to https://web.whatsapp.com/*: required to run extension UI and requested actions on WhatsApp Web only

5. Remote Code

WaFlow does not fetch and execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly as extension code. Executable extension logic is packaged with the extension.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared as required to provide WaFlow services and infrastructure operations under our approved use cases.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only as needed for service operation, account functionality, compliance, and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized according to operational requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
